Well done to all Newport Harriers at today's Gwent League Cross-Country in Bath. Hannah Stephenson turned 9 last month and made her competitive debut. 59-year-old Dave Proffitt gained his best position of the season. In between we had Euan Lee, Ben Davies, Theo Evans-Powell, Ilana Thurgood, Kayleigh Evans, Isaac Thurgood, Jack Fear and Bethan Jackson. Plus thanks to intrepid parents who got them there and cheered the team on.

I did the Gwent League at Bath University. There was just me and Darryn in the Senior race. Kayleigh and Ilana ran in the novices, Isaac was in the U13s, Bethan and Jack also ran. Darryn posted on Facebook about it thus...
