I did an easy 27 minutes. The Beechwood Park, motorway bridge out and back. Quite tired.

on what turned out to be a very wet night at Newport Stadium I did an Oregon session and then 7 * 200 (3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1) with the squad. I took them easy!
