I did the Barnstable Park Run. I met Mike from Llanelli there (Mike Halsall), Ian Snow was a volunteer helper. It was a breezy morning and I had had a 6 hour drive the day before from Rugby (I'd been to Auntie Val's funeral). I also had a meal with wine at Kay's. I did it in 21:58.
