I jogged some of the Newport Park Run course with Maisie - we did 4k in total including back to the car.

I did the WSL (2) 1500 at Newport.
Gareth ran really well and Darryn too although he was not happy with his time. I ran 5:33.57 (TBC) my first lap was a bit quick - that made it tough. After what seemed to be a fairly calm afternoon a breeze had picked up for our race - unusually there was a tail wind on the home straight. Great for sprinters!
