I did part of Newport Park Run easy with Maisie. We did 4.78k in total.
I then attempted the E Wales regional 1500 metres. My left leg cramped up a bit and I pulled out as a precaution. I had gone through 400 in 59 and 700 in 59 + 2:28 (1:29).
