I did an easy 45 minutes. The Tennyson Steps loop. I actually had a chat to Beccy and so walked up Whitston Road. I then stopped at the MOG and had a chat to Jackie and Jane for a while. I was tierd after 2 races at the weekend and working all day today on the CENV assignment.
