I did the Tamworth Gate Gallop on a warm morning which turned into a very warm morning.
It was good to do the full course again after last year's floods shortened the route
my splits were:
05:28 - 5:28
10:53 - 5:24
17:08 - 6:15
23:10 - 5:01
28:11 - 5:01
32:48 - 4:36
39:05 - 6:17
44:04 - 4:58
49:13 - 5:08
54:07 - 4:54
Loved the rural run - must do it again!
