I did the BMAf 10K Road championships in Pollok Park Glasgow. I stayed at Gerry & Lesley's. I met Kevin Jones and Michelle Rivett. I also saw Alan Rich and Pauline Rich. David Oxland ran well. My Garmin splits and Ironman splits differed - this was probably due to misplaced signage on the route. I have a splits spreadsheet in which I made some manual adjustments. It turns out that my ist 5K was a few seconds quicker than my 2nd 5k.
