Sunday - 10/11/13

Gwent League (2) at Bridgend. It was a pleasant day weather wise though quite muddy underfoot and I nearly came a cropper on several occasions. I ran fairly well but lacked endurance and strength so struggled on the hill on each lap. I was 314th. Mike Davies overtook me as did Alan Perkins.
