I did the Gwent Leisure Centre Cross Country League at Rogerstone running as a guest. It was cold it was hilly. Howard Attwood was in front of me, there was a Pontypool runner and a Fairwater Runner between us plus another runner in blue. Chris Davies was behind me. Howard was very strong on the last lap.
