I did an Easy 25 minutes from the Uni Campus. I managed to fit my bag into locker 47! I missed a right turn and my run turned into an out and back - which was OK.

Got back from University late so no rest. Out on a longish run. I extended my hour course by going down St Julian's Road, down to William's old street. Across to Chepstow Road, along Conway Road and into Somerton. Missed the path which would lead to Aberthaw Road so popped up on to Chepstow Road again and finished via Royal Oak Hill. A little bit of an aching left hip but not too bad.!
